1971 wurde die Agence Sicking in Gstaad als Einzelfirma von Fred M. Sicking gegründet. Seine Frau und er kamen Anfang 1950 nach Saanen, wo sie zusammen die JFK School eröffneten und während über 20 Jahren führten. 1981 wurde die Agence des Alpes als Filiale in Schönried eröffnet und von seiner Tochter Patricia Sicking über 10 Jahre geführt. Ende der 80iger Jahre wurden die beiden Einzelfirmen zusammengelegt und in eine AG umgewandelt -  die

Sicking Immobilien & Treuhand AG Gstaad.

Nachdem Fred Sicking sich Anfang 1990 in den Ruhestand zurück gezogen hat, übernahm Patricia Sicking alle Aktien der Firma und führte diese bis Ende Juni 2017. Am 1. Juli 2017 hat Patricia Sicking ihren ehemaligen Mitarbeiterinnen Yvonne Gisin und Erika Baumgartner ihren Betrieb übergeben. Yvonne Gisin war seit März 1999 für die Vermietung/Verwaltung/Administration zuständig, während Erika Baumgartner das kleine Team seit 2013 unterstützt.

Patricia Sicking steht den beiden Damen auch in Zukunft als Beraterin zur Seite.

The Agence Sicking in Gstaad was established as a sole trader business in 1971 by Fred M. Sicking. He and his wife had moved to Saanen in early 1950 and founded the John F. Kennedy School which they ran for more than 20 years. In 1981 a second business, Agence des Alpes, was established in Schönried and run by his daughter Patricia Sicking for more than 10 years. At the end of the 1980s the two sole trader businesses were merged and began trading as a limited company - Sicking Immobilien & Treuhand AG Gstaad.

When Fred Sicking retired in the early 1990s, Patricia Sicking acquired all the shares of the company and ran it until the end of June 2017.

On July 1, 2017 Patricia Sicking transferred the business to her former employees, Yvonne Gisin and Erika Baumgartner. Yvonne Gisin has been responsible for rentals, chalet management and administration since March 1999 and Erika Baumgartner joined the company to reinforce the small team in 2013.

Patricia Sicking continues to assist the new management in an advisory capacity.

En 1971, l’agence Sicking a été fondée à Gstaad en tant que société individuelle, par Fred M. Sicking. Au début des années 50, sa femme et lui sont arrivés à Saanen. Ils y ont fondé l’école internationale « JFK International School », qu’ils ont dirigée pendant plus de vingt ans.

En 1981, une filiale a été ouverte à Schönried : l’agence des Alpes, gérée pendant plus de dix ans par sa fille, Patricia Sicking. A la fin des années 80, les deux sociétés individuelles ont été fusionnées et transformées en société anonyme, l’agence immobilière et fiduciaire Sicking Immobilien & Treuhand AG Gstaad.

Au début des années 90, après le départ à la retraite de Fred Sicking, Patricia Sicking a repris toutes les actions de la société et l’a administrée jusqu’à la fin juin 2017. Le 1er juillet 2017, elle a remis son entreprise à ses collaboratrices de l’époque, Yvonne Gisin et Erika Baumgartner.

Yvonne Gisin était alors responsable de la location-gérance-administration depuis mars 1999, alors qu’Erika Baumgartner aidait la petite équipe depuis 2013.

A l’avenir, Patricia Sicking restera à disposition de ces deux dames en tant que consultante.
